Our luxury hot tubs sit at the top of the Jacuzzi® range, built with the highest jet counts, the largest open-seating and lounger layouts, and technology not found on entry-level models. That includes Infrared and Red Light FX-IR seats, which combine hydromassage with targeted infrared heat, and the option of True Water™, a nanobubble filtration system that keeps water clear with a fraction of the usual chlorine.
What’s the difference between the J-LX, J-400, and J-500 collections?
The J-LX® (J-408/J-LXL) is built around design and upright seating for 6-7 people, while the J-400 collection, including the J-435™, J-475™, and J-495™, focuses on the deepest and widest soak in the range with the broadest jet variation. The J-500 collection, including the J-508L and J-509, is Jacuzzi’s newest luxury line, pairing True Water™ and infrared therapy with app-based user profiles so each family member can save their own settings.
Is a bigger hot tub always a more luxurious one?
Not necessarily. Size matters if you’re entertaining large groups, but the luxury tier is defined more by technology and seating engineering than seat count alone. Our luxury collection is generally built around 5 to 9-person layouts, since the larger shell size is what allows for lounger seating, foot domes, and the widest jet variation. Can I see the luxury hot tub range in person?
Yes. Our Cornwall showroom and Devon showroom display several luxury models on-site, with wet testing available by appointment so you can feel the difference in jet power and seating before committing to this level of investment.
Do luxury hot tubs come with the same warranty as the rest of the range?
Yes, every Jacuzzi® hot tub, luxury tier included, is backed by the same comprehensive parts and labour warranty: 10 years on the shell structure, 7 years on the shell surface, and 4-5 years across equipment, plumbing, and cabinetry, alongside our own servicing and warranty support.
